These Terms of Service govern your use of Brandinio, operated by Brandinio GbR (“Brandinio”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Brandinio is a studio that turns a brief into brand video and brand images using automated and AI-assisted pipelines. Usage is paid for with credits. The credit cost of an output is shown before you confirm it.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or of legal age in your country.

3. Credits, pricing and payment

• Prices are stated in euro (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits are added to your balance on purchase and are consumed when you generate output.
• Refunds are governed by our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

4. Ownership of your output

You own the videos and images you generate and may use them commercially, subject to these terms and the rights of the underlying providers (e.g. stock licensing). You are responsible for the briefs and assets you submit and warrant you have the rights to them.

5. Public renders and the watermark

You may choose to publish a render publicly at a reduced credit price. Public renders carry a burned-in “Made with Brandinio” watermark and are listed in our community gallery. The watermark is part of the discounted offer: you may not remove, crop, obscure, or alter it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display public renders in the gallery and our marketing. Private renders carry no watermark and are not published.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Brandinio to create or distribute content that:

• infringes intellectual-property, personality, or privacy rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• impersonates a real person without their consent, or is deceptive (e.g. misleading deepfakes);
• attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the service or its credit system.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. AI output — no warranty of result

Generated content is produced by automated and third-party AI systems and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before you use it. The service is provided “as is”; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the Product Liability Act, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.

9. Term and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms. The treatment of any remaining credit balance follows the Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

10. Governing law and venue

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Münster. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes in good time before they take effect.
