This page covers your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer in the EU and how refunds work for Brandinio credits.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded (your credit purchase).

Important: digital content

Credits are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. At checkout you expressly consent to us beginning to perform the contract immediately and acknowledge that, by starting to use credits (i.e. generating output), you lose your right of withdrawal for the credits consumed.

How refunds work

• Untouched purchase — if you have not used any credit from a purchase, you may request a full refund of that purchase within 14 days.
• Used credits — credits that have been spent on generating output are non-refundable.
• Failed renders — if a render fails, the credits charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance. Where a material service fault prevents you from using credits, contact us and we will refund the affected, unused credits.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement (e.g. by email) to [email protected] before the period expires. You may use the model wording below but it is not required:

“I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for the purchase of the following Brandinio credits [purchase date / order reference]. Name, address, and date.”

We will refund eligible payments without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
